My Biography

Aldo Panunzio is a partner at Ortoli Rosenstadt LLP and the co-head of the firm’s hospitality practice.


Aldo gained substantial corporate and real estate experience while working at major international law firms based in Europe and United States, specifically DLA Piper and Paul Hastings LLP. His practice areas focus on U.S. business immigration law, cross-border transactions involving the sale of goods or services, corporate law, commercial real estate law and administrative law in connection with the New York Alcoholic Beverage Controls Laws (“ABC Laws”) and the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax Trade Bureau (“TTTB”).  

Aldo represents a number of companies actively engaged in the New York City hospitality industry. Furthermore he represents several foreign-based companies from Europe (Italy, France and United Kingdom) and South America (Brazil and Argentina), doing business in the U.S., with all their corporate, commercial and immigration needs.

Aldo is a member of AILA (American Immigration Lawyer Associations), the New York City Bar Association and was recently awarded by Super Lawyers as 2015 Rising Star immigration attorney for the New York City Metropolitan Area.
